No guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or availability

Reports can be wrong, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable. A check that fails to return is shown as unavailable. It is not a pass. The service can go offline, time out, or change without notice. A low risk score is not a guarantee of safety.

Third-party data

Market prices, holder lists, taxes, launchpad names, and creator history come from public RPCs and third-party indexes. Those sources can be wrong, censored, rate-limited, or behind the chain. MemeScan does not control them and does not promise they match the chain at the moment you read the page.

What a scan cannot catch

The scan cannot detect every rug pull, honeypot, tax change, proxy upgrade, private key compromise, or malicious contract. Bundle and funding signals are marked beta. A creator history that says “unknown” means the evidence was not there, not that the coin is clean. Taxes can be changed after the scan. A fee split is shown only when a source or a verified getter supports it.

No liability

The site and its reports are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for trading losses, missed rugs, false alarms, lost profits, or any other damages arising from use of the site, even if a report was wrong.
